Boniface's Birthday Ton

It turned out to be an exciting Friendly with our team having a nice balance of youth and experience. The highlight was undoubtedly Dan Boniface's maiden century on his birthday as his 112 not out was the mainstay of out total of 230-4 from 35 overs, with contributions from Jacob Hendin, Ben Bezani, Greg Lem and Benn Kempster offering Boniface great support.

Ickenham came amazingly close scoring 229 for 4 and losing by one run on the final ball of the game. This kept most of the Third Team squad playing ahead of the final League game against Barnes Wild geese next week.
