Despite being billed as a fun tournament, the standard was high and the competition fierce. Entering as underdogs against a stacked field of six teams, Tring punched well above their weight to secure a fantastic third-place finish. The day culminated in a clinical victory over Thame in the Plate Final, a testament to a brilliant team effort that saw them hold their own against the very best.
Facing high-calibre opposition from teams with more experience, most playing in higher divisions, Tring remained fierce competitors all day, only conceding two narrow defeats to strong Premier League sides.
From explosive power-hitting and tight bowling to "for the cameras" one-handed catches and a legendary Joker-over wicket maiden—the Tring Park women really did have it all!
