Lord Jacob Rothschild

It is with much sadness that the Club has learnt of the death of its long-standing patron, Lord Jacob Rothschild.

The Rothschild family have had strong links with both the Club and town since they purchased Tring Park in 1872. Two years later they made the current main ground available for the Club to use and in 1947 it was gifted to the Club.

The Club sends its condolences to the Rothschild family.
