Dear Members, it’s with sadness that I’m writing to let you know of a tragic accident that occurred at the Club on Friday night, during the conclusion of our annual Darts competition evening, which resulted in the death of a valued member of our Club and community.
First and foremost, our sympathies are with his family and friends impacted by this heartbreaking loss. We are offering our full support to them and ask you to respect their privacy at this very difficult time.

Our staff and management team responded immediately, and emergency services arrived quickly to provide further medical assistance. The Club is grateful to all those who acted with care and compassion in such a difficult and emotional moment.

All weekend fixtures will proceed as scheduled; however, the Pavilion will not be open for the Lions game on Saturday morning, and the bar opening time on Saturday will be delayed. We will share a further note about the times once confirmed.

This is a moment for our TPCC family to come together with kindness and compassion. All Tring games, whether home or away, will have a 1-minute appreciation before the game commences.

We will share further updates when appropriate and in alignment with the wishes of the family.
