The prodigal son Josh Camm returned and after an early wicket set a strong base with Nick Wale (pictured) taking the Fourth Team to 94-1 off the first 25 overs. Camm fell for 49 and Wale stared to cut loose with a batting masterclass as he brought up his first senior hundred.
He eventually fell for a magnificent 117 and with Krishna Kumar Mohan scoring a rapid 46 as the Fourth Team ended up on 266-7 , using our full 52 overs.
Stan Baughan took an early wicket and Hillingdon never really got into the run chase. Naveen Metha picked up two wickets and Chris Powell a further one as our visitors were reduced to 74-4 after 20 overs.
Skipper Andy Grout took a couple of wickets and with our visitors at 137-6, the Fourth Team looked favourites to win . S Singh then came in a scored a very impressive 61 but Hillingdon ended up on 226-8 . A good effort from both sides and a very good performance from the Fourth Team after last week's defeat.
