We need to know if anyone attending has special dietary requirements (ie: Vegetarian, Gluten Free etc), if you fall into this category then please call Claudia Phillips on 07501 021654 by Monday 10th September.
We have been fortunate to source some excellent raffle prizes and auction items. Our raffle prizes include, a DAB radio, Meal Vouchers, an Indoor Sky Dive Experience and many more, we also have a couple of attractive auction items. Please note the bar will be cash only on the night, there will also be a table by the entrance to the marquee for you and your table to pre order wine.
The evening will run as follows
6pm Bar Opens
7pm Guests to be seated for Opening Address and Awards
7.20pm Meal is served.
9.30pm Chairmans Address, followed by Raffle and Auction.
9.45pm Fill The Floor Disco takes you through the remainder of the evening with your favourite sounds through the ages.
