Emails and letters have been sent out today inviting all voting members to an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Club to be held at the Pavilion at 8pm on Friday September 6th.

(Owing to a glitch in the email system, some members may receive this email more than once !)

Whilst we will be taking the opportunity at the meeting to discuss plans for 2020 and beyond, the primary purpose is to present/approve changes the Club’s Rules (including the creation of a new limited company wholly owned by the Club) to ensure ongoing compliance with HMRC guidelines for Community Amateur Sports Clubs.
