Shelvin Gumbs joined the club in 2015 and in 2017 was appointed as the new First Team Captain replacing Michael Payne.
Gumbs is a destructive batsman who is vital in our middle order. He is also more than handy with the ball as he showed at Great & Little Thew in 2017 when he picked up 7-34 in only 10 overs.
As well as captaining Tring, Shelvin also represents Buckinghamshire where he has scored 500+ runs in two of the last three seasons.
