Many thanks to all those who completed our end of season survey. We've had over 50 responses, which means we can be reasonable confident that the results are a good barometer of how members feel about the club. If you're looking at the chart, gold and blue is 'good'!

Among playing memebers, the highlight is a fantastic 4.69 (max 5) average score for feeling proud of the club!
Scores for the playing facilities are also strong. The one obvious area for improvement is the teas. This particular piece of feedback was openly and extremely positively received by team Cladam, and improvements have been readily promised for 2019.

Among the entire membership, it's clear that, on the whole, folk really enjoy the friendly, welcoming atmosphere, both on and off the field of play. There is the potential for improvements in terms of what we offer socially and some aspects of the coaching that we can look at and work on.

The clear message about Sunday cricket, ist that any growth will be best served with T20 cricket. Let's see what we can do here, to build out our current internal programme.

A huge thank you to those that put themselves forward to help out more - we're coming for you!. With more hands on deck, it's far more likely that we can achieve all that we would wish to.
