Woody played for all Saturday sides from the 1s through to the 4s in a long career from the late 1950s till the 1980s. In recognition of his contribution over the years to club life (especially the social life !) he was asked to become a Vice President. On retirement he moved to Banbury, so he hasn't been seen around so often, but the more distinguished members of the club will remember him well.
