His performance picked up 70% of the votes on twitter. Ambrose has scored 206 runs this season, only First Team opening batsman Charlie Macdonnell has scored more runs this summer (242).

First team allrounders Steve Clark and Rory Criddle finished joint second in the vote with 11% each while Ben Bezani's crucial 45 for the Fourth Team saw him finish Fourth in the voting.
